What’s Included in Your Purchase of a Full Set:
- Permission to build one unit
- Local code may require plans will to be made permit ready by either our structural engineer or yours. See Path to Pricing
- Computerized material and Quantity take off (in Excel spreadsheet) to include pricing breakout for Subcontractor trades for installation area. May be used as template for those outside of install areas.
- If our recommended supplier is in the area of a point of build, Creative Living Designs llc./HIAB will arrange contact information. Customization of materials, siding, windows and doors or available options can be made by plan purchaser.See What’s Included
